All exterior surfaces of the tank, including connected <br /> piping, and the floor directly beneath the tank, can be <br /> monitored by direct viewing. <br /> b. The structure in which the tank is located provides for <br /> secondary containment . <br /> c. Daily inspections are conducted and a log of inspection <br /> results is maintained for review by the local agency. <br /> The tank is exempt if the requirements stated above are met .
