3. 1. 1 Within seventy-five days of the effective date of this <br /> Order, Respondent shall submit to the Department certification <br /> and photographs of the installation of an internal communications <br /> or alarm system capable of providing immediate emergency response <br /> (voice or signal) to facility personnel at the hazardous waste <br /> storage Building 707 . <br /> 3 . 1.2 Within seventy-five days of the effective date of this <br /> Order, Respondent shall submit to the Department certification <br /> and photographs of the installation of a safety eyewash or safety <br /> shower for personnel decontamination at the hazardous waste <br /> storage Building 707 . <br /> 3 . 1.3 Within fifteen days of the effective date of this <br /> Order, Respondent shall amend and submit to the Department <br /> training documents and job titles for each position at the <br /> facility related to hazardous waste management. <br /> 3 . 1.4 Within fifteen days of the effective date of this <br /> Order, Respondent shall amend and submit to the Department the <br /> names of each employee filling each position and a written job <br /> description for each position related to the handling of <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> 4 <br />
