b. The owner or operator shall maintain until closure <br /> is completed and certified by an independent <br /> engineer registered in California, the following <br /> records, reports, documents and all amendments, <br /> revisions and modifications thereof at the owner or <br /> operator' s facility, so as to be available at all <br /> times to operating personnel: <br /> (1) Operating record. <br /> (2) Training records for current employees. <br /> (3) Hazardous Waste Facility Permit. <br /> (4) Waste analysis plan. <br /> (5) Contingency plan. <br /> (6) Closure plan. <br /> (7) Inspection schedules. <br /> C. The owner or operator shall retain the following <br /> records at the facility for at least three years: <br /> (1) Inspection record. <br /> (2) Training records for former employees. <br /> d. The retention period for all records required in <br /> this permit is extended automatically during the <br /> course of any unresolved enforcement action <br /> regarding the facility or as requested by the <br /> Department. <br /> 2. Operating Records <br /> The owner or operator shall keep a written operating <br /> record at the facility. <br /> The following information shall be recorded, as it <br /> becomes available, and maintained in the operating record <br /> until the closure of the facility: <br /> a. The description and the quantity of each hazardous <br /> waste received, and the method(s) and date(s) of <br /> its storage at the facility; <br /> b. The location of each hazardous waste within the <br /> facility and the quantity at each location. This <br /> information shall include cross-references to <br /> disposal turn-in document numbers; <br /> -19- <br />
