The Director shall notify the Permittee of any changes of <br /> organization, address or telephone number. <br /> K. DOCUMENTS TO BE MAINTAINED AT THE FACILITY <br /> The Permittee shall maintain at the facility, until closure is <br /> completed and certified in accordance with Permit condition III.K.6, <br /> the following records, reports and documents, and all amendments, <br /> revisions and modifications thereof at the facility, so as to be <br /> available at all times to operating personnel: <br /> a. Operating record as required by 40 CFR 264.73 and this Permit. <br /> b. Personnel training documents and records, as required by 40 CFR <br /> 264.16(4) and this Permit. <br /> c. Waste Analysis Plan as required by 40 CFR 264.13 (b) and this <br /> Permit. <br /> d. Contingency Plan as required by 40 CFR 264.53(a) and this Permit. <br /> e. Closure Plan as required by 40 CFR 264.112(a) and this Permit. <br /> f. Inspection schedules as required by 40 CFR 264.15(b) (2) and this <br /> Permit. <br /> g. Hazardous Waste Manifests as required by 40 CFR 264. 71(c) and <br /> this Permit. <br /> h. All other documents required by Permit Condition II.H.9. <br /> II.10 <br />
