N. Required Aisle Space <br /> The owner or operator shall maintain aisle space as needed to <br /> allow the unobstructed movement of personnel, fire protection <br /> equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> 0. Record Keeping and Reporting <br /> 1. Availability, Retention, and Disposition of Records <br /> a. All records, including plans required in this permit, <br /> shall be furnished upon request, and made available at' <br /> all reasonable times for inspection, by any officer, <br /> employee, or representative of the Department, State <br /> Water Resources Control Board, or Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board. <br /> b. The owner or operator shall maintain until closure is <br /> completed and certified by an independent engineer <br /> registered in California, the following records, <br /> reports, documents, and all amendments, revisions, and <br /> modifications thereof at the owner or operator ' s place <br /> of business and at the facility, so as to be available <br /> at all times to operating personnel. If operations <br /> involve PCBs records must be retained for five years <br /> beyond closure. <br /> (1) Operating record. <br /> (2) Training records for current employees. <br /> (3) Hazardous Waste Facility Permit. <br /> (4) Operation Plan. <br /> (5) Waste analysis plan. <br /> (6) Contingency plan. <br /> (7) Closure plan. <br /> (8) Inspection schedules. <br /> c. The owner or operator shall retain the following <br /> records at the facility for at least three years. If <br /> operations involve PCBs, records must be retained for <br /> at least five years. <br /> (1) Inspection record. <br /> (2) Training records for former employees. <br /> d. The retention period for all records required in this <br /> permit is extended automatically during the course of <br /> -17- <br />
