Steam clean floors , exterior concrete slabs , curbs and sumps . Collect , <br /> analyze and dispose of rinse water in accordance with current environmental <br /> regulations . <br /> 5. Inspect all surfaces for residues and signs of deterioration. <br /> 6. Take surface samples in areas of residues , cracks or other deterioration. <br /> 7. Take a concrete core sample in each storage bay. <br /> S. Take additional core samples if indicated by previous sampling . Conduct <br /> all sampling and analysis in accordance with Article 11 , Title 22 , California <br /> Administrative code. If contamination is found , take additional samples to <br /> characterize the extent of contamination. <br /> 9. Either treat contaminated material onsite or send to offsite disposal at <br /> licensed TSDF. <br /> 10. Backfill excavations- to grade with engineered fill material . <br /> 11. The Commanding Officer and an independent California registered Civil <br /> Engineer will certify that work has been completed in accordance with the <br /> closure plan. DOHS to give final approval of the closure. <br /> FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY <br /> Naval Communication Station Stockton as part of the Federal Government is not <br /> required to provide a financial responsibility statement. <br /> SUMMARY <br /> A total of 6 areas have been identified in this closure plan. <br /> 6 <br />
