Manteca Inspection Ar 15 2014 <br />Name: Address: , Date: p <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />Onsite to conduct a routine hazardous waste inspection. Consent for inspection, sampling, and <br />photographs was granted by Mr. Ed Machado (real-estate property owner). In the course of inspection, <br />the sampling consent was withdrawn by Mr. Machado, and as such, no samples were collected on April <br />15, 2014. The inspection was conducted by Mr. Willy Ng and Ms. Elena Manzo, of the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD). Inspection was performed on April 15, 2014, the <br />checklist of findings was provided the same day; the full inspection report was mailed to the facility owner <br />(s) on April 17, 2014. <br />Class II Violation: <br />108. Two large stockpiles (one consisting of concrete rubble and ground -up concrete, and one consisting <br />of soil) were observed onsite at the time of inspection. The concrete rubble stockpile was approximately <br />350' long by 140' wide and the soil stockpile was approximately 190' long by 80' wide, these stockpiles <br />were approximately 2 to 8 feet in height. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste <br />is a hazardous waste.
