RECEIVED <br />MAY 2 0 19t.4 <br />NOTES TO PHYSICIAN <br />In the event of an adverse response, treatment should be directed toward <br />control of the symptoms. <br />° <br />7CAWFRICINOGEINICITY INFORMATION None currently known V I E <br />ACUTE EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE:' <br />SWALLOWING Product has a low order of acute oral toxicity. <br />SKIN ABSORPTION <br />None currently known <br />INHALATION <br />None currently known <br />SKIN CONTACT <br />Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause skin irritation. <br />EYE CONTACT <br />Product contacting the eyes may cause eye irritation. <br />Product has a low order of acute oral and dermal toxicity, but <br />CHRONIC EFFECTS <br />OF OVEREXPOSURE <br />minute amounts aspirated into the lungs during ingestion or vomiting <br />may cause mild to severe pulmonary injury and possibly death. <br />OTHER HEALTH <br />HAZARDS <br />None currently known <br />EMERGENCY AND FIRST <br />AID PROCEDURES: j <br />If ingested, do not induce vomiting, call a physician immediately. <br />SWALLOWING <br />SKIN <br />In case of skin contact, remove any contaminated clothing and wash <br />skin thoroughlywith soap and water. <br />INHALATION <br />Immediately remove from exposure and call a physician. If breathing <br />is i ion immediately. <br />EYES <br />If splashed in eyes, flush with clear water for 15 minutes or until <br />irritation subsides.
