Material not conforming to the"Generator's Waste Profile"may be subject to additional charges or rejection. 21'Century EMI reserves the right to dispose of material not deemed recyclable or not conforming to recycling specifications.Pricing estimate is valid for 30 days. Terms and Conditions: 1)"RCRA"Land Disposal Restriction Notification"must accompany each manifest.2)Liquid shipments will be assessed a rinse charge of$200.00 per tanker and$35.00 per tote. Additional charges will apply if a washout is required. 3)Demurrage charges of$85 per hour will apply to loads that require in excess of 1 hour loading or unloading time.4)Liquid Totes are billed a usage fee of$60.00 each.5)Solid tub skids are billed a usage fee of$60.00 each and a$50.00 clean out fee.6)Liquid waste received in drums are billed an additional$5.00 per inch for>3"of sludge.7)Solid wastes for recycle are billed an additional$25.00 per drum or$50.00 per 1 yard container to remove debris. Approval and Acceptance: The undersigned agrees and certifies that he/she is authorized to act on behalf of Customer, and Customer guarantees by his/her signature to compensate 21 st Century EMI hic.d/b/a Philip Services in full for all actual services performed as described above,which are due and payable 30 days after receipt of the invoice. All past due accounts shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5%per month. No verbal estimates are valid or enforceable. Customer shall pay all reasonable costs of collection,including but not limited to attorneys fees and expenses incurred by Philip.
