Qorporatlo�7177-1 <br />T;ate: 10/2012QQQ & 10/23/2000 <br />Within five working days of achieving compliance, you are required to sign the certification at <br />the bottom of page /+, and return Section L Minor Violations/Notice to Comply to DTSC at <br />10151 Croydon Way, Suite 3, Sacramento, CA, 95827, Attention: Tom Asoo. <br />Failure to correct the violations and certify compliance within the time provided may result in <br />the department taking additional enforcement action for these violations. <br />1. Stockton Unified School District, Corporation Yard (SUSD) violated Title 22, California <br />Code of Regulations (CCR), section 66262.34(f) and section 66279.21(b), in that on or <br />about October 20, 2000, SUSD failed to mark the accumulation start date, the words <br />"Hazardous Waste", the composition and physical state of the wastes, the hazardous <br />properties of the waste, and the name and address of the generator producing the waste, <br />and the words "Used Oil" on the following containers: <br />1. Two containers of waste transmission fluid located north of the lube room. <br />2. One container of used oil from draining filters in the auto and bus garage. <br />3. containers of used oil located in the lube room. <br />Correction Required: <br />SUSD shall properly label and mark the hazardous waste containers with the appropriate <br />information required in regulati6ns. <br />2. SUSD violatedTitle 22, CCR, section 66262.34(f), in that on or about October 20, 2000, <br />SUSD failed to mark the accumulation start date, the words "Hazardous Waste", the <br />composition and physical state of the wastes, the hazardous properties of the waste, and the <br />name and address of the generator producing the waste on the following containers: <br />1. One container of crushed, drained used oil filters located west of the lube room. <br />2. One container of waste antifreeze located north of the lube room. <br />3. One container of waste solvent and one container of waste oil-based paint located in <br />the paint storage building. <br />4.
