SUSD violated Title 22, CCR, section 66262. 11, in that on or about October 20,2000, <br />SUSD failed to determine if waste from the steam cleaning of bus engines and a five gallon <br />waste container located in the hazardous waste storage area are hazardous by testing the <br />waste or applying knowledge of the hazard characteristic of the waste. <br />• * . - i .4' <br />SUSD shall make a waste determination on the waste produced during the steam cleaning <br />of bus engines and the five gallon waste container located in the hazardous waste storage <br />area. <br />8. SUSD violated Title 22,. CCR, section 66262.34(d)(2), in that on or about October 20, <br />2000, SUSD failed to include the number to the fire department and identify the SUSD <br />Police Department as the emergency coordinator. <br />Correction Required: <br />SUSD shall update emergency information to include the number to the fire department <br />and identify the SUSD Police Department as the emergency coordinator. <br />During the October 20, 2000 inspection, it was noted that one non -empty aerosol container <br />was found in the solid waste garbage bin located near the paint storage building. Please <br />submit SUSD's protocol for the management of non -empty aerosol containers. <br />I certify under penalty of law that the above corrective actions have been taken and the <br />violations have been corrected.
