STOCKTON STEEL <br /> STATEMENT FOR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TAKEN <br /> REGARDING 12/17/09 INSPECTION <br /> ITEM #10 A sample of the metal dust was delivered to FGL on 1/4/10 <br /> for analysis and the results are not back yet. When I receive the results I will <br /> forward a copy to Garrett Backus at SJEHD. <br /> (PDF 10-01) <br /> ITEM #12 The secondary containment tray for waste oil and the secondary <br /> containment tray for motor oil and hydraulic oil was cleaned out on <br /> 12/17/09. <br /> (Photos 12-01, 12-02, 12-03, 12-04, 12-05, 12-06, 12-07, 12-08) <br /> ITEM #20 A hazardous waste label was put on the Waste Oil drum and the <br /> Waste Anti Freeze drum on 12/17/09. <br /> (Photos 20-01, 20-02) <br /> Hazardous waste labels were put on three 55 gal waste oil <br /> drums and one 5 gal used oil filter container. <br /> (Photos 20-06, 20-07, 20-08, 20-09) <br /> New hazardous waste labels were put on the paint waste and <br /> paint rag waste drums with appropriate information. <br /> (Photos 20-03, 20-04, 20-05) <br /> A hazardous waste label was put on the drum of oil saturated <br /> absorbent located near the camber machine by our Maintenance foreman, <br /> Kelly Sain. The drum was picked up for disposal before a photo of the label <br /> was taken though. <br /> ITEM #21 Two uncovered 5 gal. containers were drained of their contents <br /> into the Used Oil drum. One 5 gal. container was kept and received a new <br /> lid. The drums were removed from the secondary containment and any <br /> spilled product was removed and the drums put back. One 5 5 gal. drum with <br /> drain funnel has also received a new lid to cover the funnel. (Photos 21-01, <br /> 21-02, 21-03, 21-04) <br /> ITEM #33 The Used Oil Filter drum was labeled with the appropriate <br /> information on 12/17/09. (Photo 33-01, 33-02) <br />
