Attached please find
the proposal for SPCC work estimated at $3200, and contractual documents including our base client agreement, a task order,
and a rate sheet.
The client agreement sets up contractual arrangements but does not authorize any work. It is an "evergreen" document that
stays in place, and would be available for reference in the future in the event you would choose to have ENTRIX perform
additional services.
The Task Order (#2005-1) is the document that, along with a signed client agreement, sets forth an authorization for ENTRIX to
perform a scope of work. It stipulates schedule, scope and budget.
The rate sheet is our current rates. I am classified as a senior consultant and would perform most of the SPCC work. While I carry
a relatively high rate, I have extensive experience with SPCC Plans, routinely produce them, and thus offer you an all -in cost that
I think is quite competitive.
Peter M.
