One copy is kept in the Main Shop lunchroom and <br />the other is kept just outside the West Shop lunchroom. At our weekly safety meetings all employees will be informed of the <br />location of the HMMP and its contents. <br />(Item # 6 & # 9) 1 have spoken with our corporate safety manager, Tom Davies and he is going to write up procedures for <br />reporting and cleaning up spills here at Stockton Steel. These procedures will be our next topic at our weekly safety meetings. <br />Also I have scheduled Kelly Sain our maintenance foreman to attend the next CUPA seminar on March 31 with your department. <br />(Items # 20, # 30, and # 33) 1 will be on vacation next week and won't be back until March 7th.1 will submit to you the corrections <br />that week. <br />(Item # 94) 1 spoke with Peter Reich and he advised me to find a company to evaluate our situation regarding the fuel tank to see <br />what is necessary to comply with the SPCC regulations. I will keep you informed of this matter as it progresses. <br />P.S.
