One copy is kept in the Main Shop lunchroom and
the other is kept just outside the West Shop lunchroom. At our weekly safety meetings all employees will be informed of the
location of the HMMP and its contents.
(Item # 6 & # 9) 1 have spoken with our corporate safety manager, Tom Davies and he is going to write up procedures for
reporting and cleaning up spills here at Stockton Steel. These procedures will be our next topic at our weekly safety meetings.
Also I have scheduled Kelly Sain our maintenance foreman to attend the next CUPA seminar on March 31 with your department.
(Items # 20, # 30, and # 33) 1 will be on vacation next week and won't be back until March 7th.1 will submit to you the corrections
that week.
(Item # 94) 1 spoke with Peter Reich and he advised me to find a company to evaluate our situation regarding the fuel tank to see
what is necessary to comply with the SPCC regulations. I will keep you informed of this matter as it progresses.
P.S. If you need to speak to someone while I'm on vacation regarding your visit please contact our plant manager, John Coutts.
Sincerely,
Derric Juano
Stockton Steel
2/25/2005
