This <br /> was corrected onsite. <br /> -A gray 55 gallon drum of used absorbent and oil in the maintenance shop on the north side only had the words <br /> (Hazardous Waste).This was corrected on site. <br /> -A gray 55 gallon drum of paint rags in the paint room did not have the physical state or hazardous property. This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> A black 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters in the maintenance shop on the north side did not have a start date. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately mark a start date and ensure that all used oil filters <br /> are managed in this way. <br /> A black 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters in the maintenance shop on the north side had a start date of <br /> 10-2014 and site longer than a year. Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the <br /> filters up to one year. Facilities that generate one ton or more of used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 days. <br /> Immediately recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by March 12, 2016 . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
