(66265.31 <br />CCR) <br />As per Jerry Cash, Service Manager the area surrounding the oil crusher has been cleaned <br />of all excess used oil. The secondary containments for the waste water and antifreeze <br />tank have been pumped out. <br />#20- Failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste. (66262.34 CCR) <br />The store was forwarded labels for all the aboveground tanks and or drums. Mr. Cash <br />has confirmed that all the labels have been replaced. <br />#46- Contingency Plan not on site. (66262.53(x) CCR) <br />A hazardous materials management plan and inventory certification statement was filed <br />on line on January 24, 2008. An additional copy was submitted to the store for them to <br />insert into their green environmental binder. <br />• Attachment 2 is copy of the plan filed for your records. <br />• Attachment 3 is a copy of our policy as to how to respond to spills for your review. <br />#49- Personnel training records incomplete.
