Back pain can keep you <br />awake at night and really make you miserable. How's your back feel right <br />now? We have a couple of easy exercises if you click at the right. <br />If you feel like it, you could try them now. Go ahead. Really. Feel good? <br />You can avoid most back problems with exercise and proper lifting <br />techniques. When you have to lift a heavy or awkward object, bend _it your <br />knees, not at your waist. Don't lift too much at one time. Make sure you <br />have secure footing. Get help if something is even close to being too heavy <br />or too bulky. A back belt can help support your lower back muscles.
