Service personnel have been <br /> reminded to file all manifests in their Green Environmental Binder and retain them <br /> onsite for three years. <br /> Item #116 (Failed to comply with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception <br /> requirements): As previously stated, the missing manifests have been requested from <br /> the vendors involved and will be submitted when received, or I will file an Exception <br /> Report and provide a copy. <br /> Item #303 (Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or <br /> decontamination equipment): I have contacted the department responsible for <br /> scheduling fire extinguisher testing and maintenance and requested that a service <br /> appointment be scheduled immediately. <br /> Item #403 (Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or <br /> removing hazardous waste): I have spoken with store service personnel and reminded <br /> them to keep all hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing <br /> hazardous waste.
