Store Manager <br /> Job Description: <br /> Manage the store operations which includes teammate management, customer service,store sales,and <br /> business functions. In addition,the Store Manager is responsible for the tasks outlined in the California <br /> Environmental Management SOP. <br /> Potential exposure to hazardous and universal waste: <br /> • Aboveground tank(s)for used oil; <br /> • New oil and automotive fluid containers; <br /> • Fluorescent light bulbs; <br /> • Drums for used oil and fuel filters, used brake fluid, used non-empty aerosol cans, used <br /> antifreeze,waste absorbent,and used oily water(floor wash water);and <br /> • Used batteries and scrap tires. <br /> Duties related to the management of hazardous waste: <br /> • Verify the labeling of hazardous waste containers(labeling completed by disposal vendors); <br /> • Verify the labeling of universal waste containers (labeling completed by disposal vendors); <br /> • Perform HMBP training and documentation; <br /> • Communicate HMBP changes to BSRO Environmental; <br /> • Primary Emergency Contact identified in HMBP; <br /> • Manifest retention (Manifests submitted to the California Department of Toxic Substances <br /> Control by the Area Manager); <br /> • Disposal documents and service record retention; <br /> • Inspection of hazardous waste storage areas; <br /> • Inspection of tank systems; <br /> • Train store employees on the proper disposal of contaminated waste(absorbents), universal <br /> waste, and hazardous waste;and, <br /> • Coordinate response to non-reportable spills (<5 gallons). <br /> Service Manager <br /> Job Description: <br /> Manage customer relationships and frequently serves as a liaison between technicians and customers. <br /> Manages all automotive service functions and reviews, maintains, and orders repairs of highly <br /> sophisticated equipment.
