Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing <br />oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start <br />date. Immediately label a start date, containerize and label the drained used oil filter and ensure that all used oil filters <br />are managed in this way. This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by September 16, 2015 . <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http-.Hcers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br />your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br />activities and required fields. <br />NOTES: <br />- The facility generates waste oil, waste antifreeze, used oil filters, waste oil with absorbent, used aerosol cans and <br />brake fluid. <br />- A black 55 gallon drum of waste antifreeze was open during inspection.
