The facility oil -water separator was cleaned out 10-15-12 and the waste was hauled non- <br />hazardous waste. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br />Submit the documentation which shows that the separator waste was non -hazardous waste. Correct by <br />October 30, 2013. <br />110. The hazardous waste contingency plan is incomplete. Add attachments to the existing plan to <br />address Title 22 California Code of Regulations sections 66265.55 (list the emergency coordinator) and <br />66265.560) (notification to DISC within 15 days).
