The prior determinations are attached hereto as Exhibit A. 2. HSC 25201(a): One 55 -gallon container of waste coolant has an accumulation start date of 9-8-09, a period of >90 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by April 29, 2011. The 55 -gallon container of waste coolant with the 2009 accumulation start date was picked up by a licensed hazardous waste hauler for proper disposal on March 31, 2011. A copy of the relevant manifest, as well as photographs showing new labels, are attached hereto as Exhibit B. 3. CCR 66262.34(D: The following containers were observed at thefacility: a. 30 gallon container of waste brake fluid with no accumulation start date. b. SS gallon container of waste absorbent with no accumulation start date. Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since it cannot be determined how long the brake fluid and absorbent waste containers have been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EDH by April 29, 2011. The 30 -gallon container of waste brake fluid and the 55 -gallon container of waste absorbent were picked up by a licensed hazardous waste hauler for proper disposal on April 1, 2011. Copies of the relevant manifests are attached hereto as Exhibit C. In addition, the Facility has properly labeled both the 30 and 55 -gallon containers with the required information, as is evidenced by the photographs attached hereto as Exhibit D. 4. CCR 66266.130(c): One SS -gallon container of used oil filters does not have an accumulation start date. Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters, " and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately add the accumulation start date and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. The 55 -gallon container of used oil filters was picked up by a licensed hazardous waste hauler on April 21, 2011 for proper disposal. A copy of the manifest is attached hereto as Exhibit E. In addition, the rainproof container was properly labeled, as evidenced by the photographs attached hereto as Exhibit F. The Facility's employees have been instructed to ensure that the container remains closed when filters are not being added.
