If a <br />larger spill occurs then additional pads can be used. It a large spill accurs and if <br />It is necessary, an empty drum can be used to place the material in it Shovel, <br />gloves, goggles and aprons are available for use as needed in the Hax-Mat <br />Storage Area. <br />J a spill occurs and you are injured in some manner and not able to start the <br />clean-up process immediately then sound off in a loud voice you need help. The <br />person responding will then offer to help you and or notify management and <br />check your work area for any Haz-Mat Issues. <br />If a drum Is needed to store the spilled material then it will newd to be labeled <br />-2ccordlanca with our Now Mat procedures by the Store Manager, Service Manag <br />or as management designates. I <br />F -ye Wash Stations <br />Stationary Eye Wash Stations must be tested monthly to insure that they are clean and <br />free from obstructions, and free flowing. E�ye Wash Stations should have their fluid <br />changed every 6 months. A label should be placed on the Eye Wash Station to show <br />the Date L-ast Serviced and Date Ne)d Service Due, There must be no clutter or <br />anything in front of an eye wash station that would interfere getting to it. <br />Shop p <br />All associates must participate in keeping our service facility clean and safe. Coolant, <br />brake fluid and or oil spills must be cleaned up when they happen as they can becomi <br />slip or unsafe hazards in the shop. <br />Floor Scrubbing Waste Liquids <br />Used floor wash scrubber liquid must be placed in the Used Dirty Soapy Disposal Drum. <br />Evergreen will pick up the used liquid. <br />Fluorescent "mp Recycling Program <br />Call 1-800-556-5267 and request 2n Onyx Pak to ship 4', 8' uted lamps to Veolia for <br />recycling, 4' and 8' lamps must have separate packaging.
