Failure to correct the identified violations within <br /> the schedule provided will result in citations for <br /> continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Title 22, California Code of Regulations (Cal. Code <br /> Regs. ) , section 66508 (a) (2) and (3) , and -(c) (1) , (2) , <br /> and (3) . <br /> M & B violated Title 22, Cal. Code Regs. , section 66508 <br /> (a) (2) and (3) ., and (,c) (a) 1 (2)-, and . (3) , in that -on -or <br /> about June 18, 1990, M .& B failed to,,Iabel a -hazardous <br /> waste barrel containing pentachlorophenol (PCP) filters <br /> as well as three barrels -containing -hazardous waste <br /> sludges ;from -retorts #1-#5, with the --words ".Hazardous <br /> Waste" . _Also, M,-,.&. ,B failed -to_label. these. barrelss -with <br /> the following.-inf ormation:,,.-.t-he .-accumulation start date-;- <br /> a statement, as._-to. the--composition- of the waste, -a <br /> .. <br /> statement-as -to- the ,hazardous -properties- -of, the �waste <br /> and the name and address of the person producing the <br /> waste. <br /> During the Department's inspection -on June -18, --1990, the <br /> inspector observed a 55 gallon barrel which you had said <br />
