Box 1728 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 AUG 0 8 1990 <br /> Dear Mr. Ashbrook: ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> On June 18, 1990, the Department of Health Services <br /> (Department) conducted an inspection of McCormick and Baxter <br /> Creosoting Company (M&B) in Stockton. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of hazardous <br /> waste statutes and regulations were identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct the identified violations within <br /> the schedule provided will result in citations for <br /> continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Title 22, California Code of Regulations (Cal. Code <br /> Regs. ) , section 66508 (a) (2) and (3) , and -(c) (1) , (2) , <br /> and (3) . <br /> M & B violated Title 22, Cal. Code Regs. , section 66508 <br /> (a) (2) and (3) ., and (,c) (a) 1 (2)-, and .
