It appears that the failure to immediately notify OES <br /> violated Health and Safety Code 525507 (copy enclosed along with <br /> implementing regulations) . <br /> In order to avoid any injustice to your company no decision as to <br /> the filing of a complaint will be made until April 17, 1989. If <br /> you wish to meet and discuss this incident, please call before <br /> that date to arrange an appointment.
