Fegley: <br /> NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE FOR C01PLIANCE <br /> On .lune 13 , 1995, the Department of Realth Services (DHS) conducted an <br /> inspection of McCormick and Baxter Creosoting Company CADO0910,3527. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of hazardous waste statutes and <br /> regulations were identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective action are listed below. Failure <br /> to correct the identified violations within the schedule provided will result <br /> in DHS citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> j. Schedule of Violations <br /> Hazardous Waste Facility permit Violations, No. CAD00-m5527 <br /> 1 . Section III.12 - The owner or Operator shall maintain aisle space <br /> as described in the approved Operation plan. <br /> `4cCormick and Baxter failed to maintain adequate aisle space in the <br /> Chum storage area. <br /> '. Section IV.2.(C)(4)(TV) - A label shall be maintained on all <br /> containers in which hazardous wastes are stored, and records for the <br /> storage of all hazardous wastes shall be maintained pursuant to <br /> Section 65535, Title 22, of the California Administrative Code. <br /> Labels shall include the following information: <br /> Amount of waste and name and address of the person producing the <br /> waste. <br /> McCormick and Baxter failed to list the amount of waste on the <br /> hazardous waste labels. <br /> 3 . Section TV.?.(C)(4)(V) - A label shall be maintained on all <br /> containers in which hazardous wastes shall be maintained pursuant <br /> to Section 65537 , Title ?2 , of the California Administrative Code. <br /> Labels shall include the following; information: <br />
