• <br /> Legal Notice of Public Hearing <br /> State Department of Health Services <br /> Intent to Hold a Public Hearing <br /> on Alleged Violations of the <br /> Hazardous Waste Control Act <br /> The Department of Health Services, Toxic Substances Control Division, hereby <br /> gives notice of a public hearing to the persons or parties listed below: <br /> Facility Name: McCormick and Baxter Creosoting Company <br /> Location: 1214 West Washington Street, Stockton, CA <br /> EPA ID No. CAD 009 106 527 <br /> This public hearing concerns the alleged violation of the Hazardous Waste <br /> Control Act (§ 25100 et seq.
