The following changes have been made in the tentative permit for <br /> McCormick and Baxter Creosoting Company, CA000 72 . <br /> 1. Boron and total chromium limitations were removed since these <br /> materials are not used at this facility. <br /> 2. Mass emission rates (lbs/day) for discharges OO1 and 002 were <br /> changed because original values were calculated incorrectly. <br /> 3. The monitoring frequency for specific conductance has been changed <br /> to monthly analysis. <br /> 7. Monitoring for boron and total chromium has been deleted. <br /> 8. A sentence has been added in the monitoring program to require <br /> the discharger to commence submitting monitDring reports no later <br /> than 15 October 1974. <br /> 9. No limits for PCB' s have been included, since they are not <br /> utilized in the process, and are detected im the phenol analysis. <br />
