By copy of this letter-we--are <br /> requesting all known interested parties to also provide comments by <br /> this date. <br /> Three copies of a notice of your Application for Waste Discharge Require- <br /> ments and a statement of posting form are enclosed. You are directed to <br /> post two copies of the notice by 26 June 1974 in conspicuous <br /> places in the locality to be affected by the proposed discharge. <br /> By 10 July 1974 you must file with this office proof of such <br /> posting. Proof of posting shall consist of a statement executed on the <br /> enclosed form. <br /> You are further directed to have this notice published in the <br /> Stockton Record for 2 day(s) , commencing not later <br /> than 2_6 Jimp 1974 The expense of publication is to be <br /> paid by the discharger. <br /> By 10 July 1974 you must file with this office proof <br /> of publication.
