MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> McCORMICK AND BAXTER CREOSOTING COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Notes on receiving water conditions shall be summarized in the monitoring report. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the <br /> water` supply can be obtained. The` following shall constitute the water <br /> supply monitoring program: <br /> Constituent Units Sampling, Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/l Yearly at same time <br /> as effluent samples <br /> Specific Conductivity Micromhos/cm Monthly <br /> @ 250C <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Monthly <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the discharger shall arrange the data in tabular <br /> form so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily dis- <br /> cernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly the <br /> compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> The discharger shall .implement the above monitoring program within 30 days of the <br /> effective date of this Order. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br /> day of the following month. <br /> If the discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein more <br /> frequently than, is required by this order, he shall include the results of such <br /> monitoring in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the Discharge <br /> Monitoring Report Form. Such increased frequency shall be indicated on the Dis- <br /> charge Monitoring Report Form. <br /> Ordered by <br /> JAMES A.
