We have worked to be compliant with various <br /> hazardous waste requirements but acknowledge outside assistance will be <br /> necessary. We will be requesting a time extension for several tasks and have <br /> estimated the completion dates below. We met with you and other agency <br /> representatives in Manteca 28 August 2012. You pointed out that you wanted more <br /> detail in our response action plan. <br /> We have retained Dan Barber, a California Registered Civil Engineer and <br /> Environmental Assessor.
