(g) Material Safety Data Sheets (1) Manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a material safety.data sheet for each hazardous substance they produce or import. Employers shall have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous substance which they use. (h) Employee Information and Training (1) Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous substances in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new hazard is introduced intotheir work area. Information and training may relate to general classes of hazardous substances to the extent appropriate and related to reasonably foreseeable exposures of the job. ...(a) Employer failed to develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program for their employees. ...(c) Employer failed to provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous substances in their work area (hydrofluoric acid).
