Hazard Communication <br />(e) Written Hazard Communication Program <br />f 11 Employers shall develop implement and maintain at the workolace a written hazard communication iromm for their <br />=PLVJUU5 U-1-AU11 UL ACUSL IXUb i UJIVUb 111VU I AM UIJU;Ild bFCU"C�L IL'i Ssiz_klulx k6), 4111_-'J'6L4V1 Xna-m din rxici—,urillizi V1 <br />warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the <br />following: <br />A list of the hazardous substances known to be 9 -resent us an idendt_vdwLLs rdere ced on the ar V-opriate material <br />safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas); <br />(B) The methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non -routine tasks (for example, the cleaning <br />of reactor vessels), and the hazards associated with substances contained in unlabeled pipes in their work areas. <br />(g) Material Safety Data Sheets <br />(1) Manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a material safety.data sheet for each hazardous substance they <br />produce or import. Employers shall have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous substance which they use. <br />(h) Employee Information and Training <br />(1) Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous substances in their work area <br />at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new hazard is introduced intotheir work area.
