This violation <br /> was corrected on site by the Manager. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of used drained oil-filters located in the hazardous waste storage area was missing <br /> an accumulation start date on the label. <br /> -One blue metal 55 gallon drum of used drained oil-filters located in the hazardous waste storage area was missing <br /> an accumulation start date on the label. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used <br /> oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that all used oil filters are managed in <br /> this way in the future.
