CHASE :::u CHEVROLET <br /> Setting the Standard Since 1944 <br /> RECEIVED <br /> DEC 20 2013 <br /> December 20, 2013 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> SAN 10AQUIN COUNTY, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. <br /> The following is in regards to the Inspection Report Dated 11/20/2013, we have taken the <br /> following steps for corrections to the violations found: <br /> No. 116 <br /> Hazard Waste Training for employees was completed by KPA,see attached attendance roster. <br /> No. 126 <br /> Informed Evergreen Environmental Services of incorrect EPA ID number on waste pickup <br /> manifest.The Supervisor has advised his driver of the error and assured us it will be correct in <br /> the future. <br /> No. 133 <br /> The waste oil &antifreeze tanks in Quick Lube were inspected by the Engineer(Stransberg <br /> Associates). He found 6 items to bring the tanks in compliancy.Air& Lube has been contracted <br /> to do the modifications.
