All copies of waste oil recycling consolidated manifests for April 2011, May 2011, June 2011, <br />January 2010, February 2010, and March 2010 were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators <br />shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br />consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br />Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, <br />and submit copies of the above listed months manifests to the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />by January 14, 2012. <br />505. Oily liquid was observed in the waste oil tank secondary containment. Immediately remove the oily <br />liquid and handle as specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Secondary containment must <br />be kept clean and dry. Immediately remove all spills from secondary containment. <br />605. One 15 gallon hazardous waste drum partially full of brake rotor metal fines was mislabeled: <br />"Gasoline Diesel", "Liquid", and "Flammable". Relabel this drum to match the contents. <br />Notes <br />1. Complete the following by January 14, 2012 and send to the EHD: <br />a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br />b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br />c. Supporting documentation. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
