He responded to the site and performed his investigation. Ramos <br />Environmental was called by the facility to perform the clean-up of the spill on the ground <br />and in the storm drain. Mr. Naidu left the site at 5:00 pm. Mr. Harlan Knoll, Senior <br />REHS, EHD, relieved Mr. Naidu. Mr. Knoll witnessed the beginning of the clean-up, but <br />did not stay until it was completed. Mr. Stiffler witnessed the completion of the clean-up. <br />On December 14, 2007, Mr. Naidu called Mr. Stiffler regarding the clean-up and was <br />informed that Ramos Environmental cleaned all the impacted drains and hauled off the <br />rinsate as hazardous waste under uniform manifest #003612896JJK. A copy of the <br />manifest was submitted on March 26, 2008 (Attachment 3).
