Initials: <br />F1 <br />Visual Inspection: <br />Tank parameters at time of inspection (empty, etc.): In service, 10% full. <br />Acute visual evidence of leaks: None. <br />Condition of interior surface: Good, corrosion free <br />Condition of exterior surface: Good, free from cracks, and corrosion. <br />Condition of nozzles, flanges, fittings at tank: Good, evidence of cracks or <br />leaks <br />Condition of piping: Good, No evidence of leaks, corrosion or damage. <br />Tank requires anchoring. <br />1. The tank requires anchoring. <br />• The tanks are now anchored <br />2. Secondary containment is undersized <br />• The tank has been removed and replaced by the previous <br />waste antifreeze tank.
