Click SCHEDULE A MEETING. <br /> 2. Click MEET NOW. <br /> 3. A screen opens on the right hand side of your monitor. <br /> 4. Expand ATTENDEE LIST. <br /> 5. Click INVITE OTHERS to invite other people. <br /> 6. Click EMAIL. <br /> 7. Outlook will open up—this might take a few minutes. <br /> 8. The details of your meeting are inserted into the message,with the ACCESS CODE. <br /> Send this to all team members. <br /> 9. Click SHOW MY SCREEN to share your screen with others. <br /> 10. To change presenters, RIGHT CLICK on the Attendee who you want to name as Presenter. <br /> 11. Select MAKE PRESENTER from dropdown.A dialog box will come up—click YES. <br /> 12.
