Shipping from Another Branch <br /> When you need another branch to take orders for your branch: <br /> Example—Stockton branch is down: <br /> • The Stockton Inside Sales Manager(or designee) must contact the other Inside Sales Managers to <br /> let them know Stockton is down. <br /> • The other Inside Sales Managers will advise how many people they can spare for Stockton orders, <br /> and they will ask their own IT Techs to change the branch number(branch variable)for those <br /> people to BR20. <br /> • The IT Techs will change the branch numbers to BR20,and enter the issue into ServiceNow.They <br /> will tell their Inside Sales Manager when this is done. <br /> • This now allows other branch inside sales people to take and release orders for Stockton. <br /> • After the disaster, Inside Sales Managers let their IT Techs know when to switch employees back <br /> to their own branch,and close out the ServiceNow ticket. <br /> Rerouting 800 numbers <br /> Customer calls can be rerouted to other branches. 800 Number Rerouting <br /> Branch 20: Calls can be routed to 22 and 23 BR23 can be initiated by: <br /> Branch 22: Calls can be routed to 20 and 23 Heather Rails 214-215-1102 <br /> Branch 23: Calls can be routed to 20 and 24 Matt Anderson 469-525-5681 <br /> Branch 24: Calls can be routed to 20 and 23 Larry Moore 214-325-2003 <br /> OR BR24 can be initiated by: <br /> 800 Number calls can be rerouted to that branch's Chuck Helge 614-376-6338 <br /> Inside Sales cell phone numbers,so Inside Sales teams Jeanne Tracy 614-648-0563 <br /> can work outside of the office. Enter PIN—this has been sent to Heather and Chuck by AT&T. ; u <br /> 4. Request"We want a temporary call forwarding to Branch 23's Disaster Recovery Route' <br /> 5. Someone at your branch should make several calls to 800 999 5099. <br /> DFC <br /> 6. Those calls should start forwarding to your cell numbers. <br /> 7.
