I've attached <br />those documents as well as the job descriptions requested. <br />I provide you with the training document and curriculum the day of the inspection and you stated you would <br />have to validate if these would satisfy the "large generator" requirements. I have not heard back from you so <br />please let me know if things are not satisfied so we can make adjustments. <br />Item # 115 <br />Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years <br />I have attached the required documents as requested. You mentioned to only send samples due to the potential <br />amount so if you want all of the documents let me know and I can mail them. But again you mentioned samples <br />was fine. 2013 is in its entirety <br />I've attached 2013 & 2014 and the current year 2015 <br />Copies have been sent to DTSC <br />Item #116 <br />1 believe the documents attached from 115 should satisfy this requirement.
