Dispose <br />■ Ensure that all hazardous substances are disposed of properly in the correct container <br />■ Determine if it falls under a solid or waste classification <br />■ Obtain an empty 55 gallon drum with removable lid and put waste into the drum <br />■ Once it is secure label the drum with the correct hazardous waste label- refer to "Waste <br />Labeling Procedure" work instruction <br />■ Under no circumstances can any hazardous waste be thrown away in a trash receptacle or <br />poured down a drain inside or outside of the plant <br />10. Document <br />1. Hazardous Material Spill Report Form <br />a. Used for anything larger than a small spill <br />2. Spill Information Form <br />a.
