Second containment requirements <br />Any 55 gallon drum containing a potentially hazards substance to the environment but be <br />stored on a second containment pallet. It if spills then it will leak into the second <br />containment pallet and not into the environment. <br />These are supposed to remain dry with nothing in them even rain water.
