This facility generates more than 100 kg of RCRA hazardous waste a month and does not have a valid federal EPA ID number. A business that generates more than 100 kg of RCRA hazardous waste and/or more than one kg of acutely hazardous waste needs to obtain a federal EPA ID number. All others must obtain a State ID number. Go to the DTSC web site http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/IDManifest/PERMHWID.cfm for the form to apply for an ID number. Immediately obtain an ID number to properly manage hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 110 CCR 66265.54 Contingency plan not current. The contingency plan on site was incomplete. The alternate emergency coordinator listed on the plan is Tony Cervantez. The current alternate emergency coordinator is Brian Osburn.The contingency plan shall be reviewed and immediately amended, if necessary,whenever: -applicable regulations are revised; -the plan fails in an emergency; -facility changes in design, construction, operation, maintenance, or other circumstances that increases the potential for fires,explosions, releases of hazardous waste, or changes the response necessary in an emergency; -the list of emergency coordinators changes-, or -the list of emergency equipment changes.
