CLOSURE SCHEDULE <br /> Delta Plating, Inc. has no intention of closing any of the fixed treatment units that <br /> it owns/operates in the foreseeable future. However, in the event of a closure of <br /> a fixed treatment unit: <br /> 1. All hazardous waste will be treated or removed from the facility and <br /> disposed of as hazardous waste within ninety (90) days after treating the <br /> final volume of hazardous waste. <br /> 2. All closure activities in accordance with the closure plan will be completed <br /> within the next ninety (90) days or 180 days after treating the final volume <br /> of hazardous waste. <br /> 3. Delta Plating, Inc. must perform and complete the closure activities within <br /> the above time periods unless we, the owner/operator, demonstrate to the <br /> Department that the activities required to complete the closure will require <br /> longer than the above time periods or the FTU has the capacity to treat <br /> additional wastes. <br /> TIME TABLE <br /> Step 1 Final volume of waste is treated currently not anticipated <br /> Step 2 All hazardous waste is treated/removed 90 days later than the date <br /> in Step 1 <br /> Step 3 Completion of all closure activities 180 days later than the date <br /> in Step 1 or <br /> 90 days later than the date <br /> in Ste e 2 <br /> Step 4 Final Closure Date Date in Step 3 <br /> Delta Plating, Inc. 818 S.
