Delta plating <br /> is currently claiming that the total closure cost for all of its treatment units are under <br /> 10,000 dollars. By claiming the cost of closure is less than 10,000 dollars Delta Plating <br /> claims an exemption from financial assurance. Without an organized written estimate <br /> that is adiusted for annual inflation it is undeterminable as to what the actual closing cost <br /> ar'-e. t an be speculate tat t e large amount of hazardous waste discovered on the <br /> 5/6/03 would exceed the 10,000 closure costs in disposal fees alone. <br /> 10. HSC, section 25200.14(b)(1) Failed to complete and file a Phase I Environmental <br /> Assessment. <br /> Except as provided in paragraph(2) and in subdivision(i), in implementation the <br /> requirements of section 25200.10 for facilities operating pursuant to permit-by rule under <br /> the regulations adopted by the department regarding transportable treatment units and <br /> fixed treatment units, which are contained in chapter 45 (commencing with the Section <br /> 67450.1) of division 4.5 of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, or for <br /> generators operating pursuant to a grant of conditional authorization under Section <br /> 25200.3, the department or the unified program agency authorized to implement this <br />
