Observations: <br />John Jackson, Kasey Foley, and I arrived at Delta Plating the morning of May 6, 2003 <br />to conduct a generator of hazardous waste/tiered permitting inspection. We met Mike <br />Tucker in the office and Casey explained that we wanted to conduct an inspection. She <br />said that we may need to collect some samples and take photographs of waste being <br />
