S. <br />Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br />304 E Webber Ave, Third Floor <br />Stockton, Ca 95202 <br />Dear Letitia; <br />209 948 2503 P.04 <br />0 <br />Effective November 17, 2000 the daily cleaning includes the area between the rubber repair <br />building and the grinding room, The dirt section was cleaned and was added to the waste sent <br />for recycling, This area is scheduled to be concreted. <br />New policies (attached) for the plating room will identify tank and room inspections. Both <br />inspections will be followed by corrective actions when identified. Also, better housekeeping <br />measures to decrease the need for corrective actions. <br />Effective November 17, 2000 all containers of waste labeled at recycle area, media blast area, <br />glass bead area and dust hog area, <br />All plating room tanks and all pretreatment areas labeled with painted stencil letters. <br />Closure plan has not been completed as of ]December 16, 2000. An agency has been contacted to <br />assist in plan design and financial assurances.
