alarm shall be available for use whenever hazardous waste <br /> is being poured, mixed, spread, or otherwise handled. <br /> Violation #12 : <br /> Within 10 days of receipt of this report, emergency spill <br /> control equipment and decontamination equipment shall be <br /> available in the hazardous waste treatment and storage <br /> area. <br /> Violation 113 and #14: <br /> Effective immediately, all containers of hazardous waste <br /> shall be closed except when adding or emptying waste. <br /> When all violations have been corrected, please send <br /> written certification to this office at the letterhead <br /> address. This certification shall contain the sample <br /> certification statement indicated on Attachment 1. <br /> PHS-EHD may conduct a reinspection of your property to verify <br /> compliance. The issuance of the Report of Violation(s) and <br /> Schedule of Correction does not preclude PHS-EHD from taking <br /> any administrative, civil or criminal action as a result of <br /> the violations noted herein. <br />
