Stanislaus <br /> Stockton, CA. 95206 <br /> RE: REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS <br /> On September 24, 1990, San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) , conducted an inspection of <br /> Delta Plating located at 818 S. Stanislaus Street in Stockton <br /> California. As a result of that inspection, violations of the <br /> hazardous waste statutes or regulations were identified. Specific <br /> violations and corrective action are listed below. Failure to <br /> correct the identified violations within the scheduled period may <br /> result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS <br /> 1. Section 66508, Title 22, California Code of Regulations <br /> (CCR) . Delta Plating (DPI) is storing hazardous waste in <br /> containers without proper hazardous waste labels. This <br /> is a repeat violation. <br /> 2 . Section 67243 , Title 22, CCR. DPI is storing hazardous <br /> waste in containers without lids. This is a repeat <br /> violation. <br /> 3 . Section 66493, Title 22, CCR. DPI has not submitted a <br /> Biennial Report since March 12 , 1988. <br /> 4. Section 67105, Title 22, CCR. Information on DPI <br /> employee training plan is not up to date. This is a <br /> repeat violation. <br /> 5. Section 67141, Title 22, CCR. The contingency plan is <br /> not complete. This is a repeat violation. <br /> 6. Section 66371, Title 22, CCR. DPI does not have a <br /> treatment variance or a permit for treatment from CAL-EPA <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Contol (DTSC) . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health tare Services �� <br />
