Stockton St., Lodi, CA. <br />As a result of that inspection, several violations of the hazardous waste regulations were <br />identified. Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed below. Failure to <br />correct these violations within the schedule period provided will result in PHS-EHD <br />citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br />I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br />1. Section 25189.5, California Health and Safety Code: Generator transported <br />hazardous waste to a facility that does not have a permit. <br />2. Section 25244.21. California Health and Safety Code: Generator failed to retain <br />current source reduction evaluation review and plan, plan summary, report and <br />report summary at each site and make available for inspection. <br />3. Section 66262.34 (a), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: The <br />accumulation start date indicated on two drums labeled as hazardous waste had <br />been stored onsite for more than 90 days without a permit. <br />4. Section 66262.34 (f)(1), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />The accumulation start date on a drum labeled as hazardous waste, Methyl <br />Isobutyl Ketone, Xylene was not identified. <br />5. Section 66262.34 (f)(3), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />Waste oil was stored in a 55 -gallon drum without a label. <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
